At SMS Appliances, we strive to provide you with the appliances that will meet your needs; however, if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your appliance within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions*:
New, unopened product can be returned with 20% restocking fee
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to any open product that has been authorized for return
Additional delivery fees may apply for any returns & exchanges
Delivery costs are non-refundable
The following items cannot be returned:
Previously installed product
Special order items
Used appliances
Floor model, Open Box or other “As Is” purchases
These terms do not apply to returns that are related to service or repair issues. Any request for a return due to service or repair will follow the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
